When: Saturday December 23rd, 3:30, ESPN
Current spread: SDSU -7, O/U 46.5
All-time series: SDSU 2-0
Do you like the running game? Well here you go. There won’t be much passing in this game at all. Army rarely throws the ball, and SDSU has RB Rashaad Penny.
Christian Chapman (1,848 yds, 13 TDs) will be under center for the Aztecs. Mikah Holder (43-602-2) is the SDSU leading receiver. But this offense is centered around Rashaad Penny. He put in a Heisman worthy season with 2,027 rushing yards with 19 TDs. He’ll be fun to watch at the next level too. Aztec fans are hoping he goes out with a bang.
QB Ahmad Bradshaw propels the Black Knights offense. He rushed for 1,566 yards this season with 12 TDs. But Army’s running game doesn’t stop there. Darnell Woolfolk (725 yds, 12 TDs), Kell Walker (592 yds, 6 TDs), and Andy Davidson (546 yds, 4 TDs) will carry the ball quite often too. This running attack will be hard to stop.
This game will be won on the ground. We should all cherish seeing Penny one last time at this level. I like SDSU laying the points, I also like the under.
